Obituary of Joseph C. Hartley

Joseph Clayton Hartley, 71 of Monroe passed away March 4, 2017 in Massachusetts. Born January 15, 1946 to the late Charles and Iva Hartley, he was a lifelong resident of Monroe. Joe will be remembered by his great sense of humor; always teasing when he could get away with it. He loved and enjoyed his cats and watching western movies. Joe leaves behind his sister Cheryl Farmer and his brothers and sister-in-law, Dale Hartley and Henry and Beverly Hartley. Services have been entrusted to the Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast, ME.
