Obituary of Suzanne Lemieux

Suzanne Kelley Lemieux Suzanne Kelley Lemieux, known and loved by most as "Sue" died on January 9th, following a dignified fight with Alzheimer's Disease. Born June 6th, 1943 in Gardiner, Maine, daughter of Lawrence and Christine Chaput Kelley. Sue graduated from Gardiner High School in 1961, and from Sisters Hospital School of Radiology in 1963. Sue and her late husband, Ronald, owned and operated Kirk Drug Store in Belfast for 25 years. She was very active with her church, St Francis of Assisi in Belfast as long as she could be. Sue’s biggest joy in her life was her family, children and grandchildren. Sue was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Ronald in 1996, and her sister Karen Kay in 1993. She is survived by her 4 children, Lisa Lemieux of Portland, Kirk Lemieux of Taipei, Taiwan, Kelly Dudley and her husband Joel of Auburn , Jeff Lemieux, his wife Hwai and their triplet toddlers, Aldric, Alexandre, and Lucian all currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand. A funeral service will be held on Friday January,13th at 11am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 81 Court Street Belfast, Maine. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Waldo County Humane Society, P.O. Box 479, Belfast, Maine. 04915.
