Dear Maxwell Family Members! Jim & I are saddened to learn of Fred's passing. We were Oswegatchie neighbors of he, Rosalyn, Phillip & Susan, as well as knowing his siblings. Jim & I purchased our first home from his brother, Bob & Rose. Many, many cherished memories...our love, thoughts, and prayers for you all.
