Adrian Allen Stone, lovingly known as “Buddy,” passed away peacefully at home on June 22nd, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 52 years old.

Born on February 27, 1974, in Bangor, Maine, Adrian was the son of Roy and Sandy Stone.

Adrian dedicated his life to serving others. Throughout the years, he served as an educator, coach, paramedic, and firefighter, touching countless lives through his compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his community. He was respected by colleagues, students, friends, and neighbors alike and was loved beyond words by those fortunate enough to know him.

Above all, Adrian was a family man. He shared 27 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Becky Stone. Together, they built a life filled with faith, love, laughter, and especially devotion to their family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Stone; his daughters, Cheyanne Reynolds and her husband, Dustin; Mahayla Stone; Abby Stone and her partner, Kaleb Mercer; and Jayde Stone; his bonus girls, Kenzie Teed and Nevaeh Grant; his cherished grandson, Isaac Reynolds; his bonus grandson, Thomas Mercer, whom he loved as his own; and the expected arrival of another grandchild.

He is also survived by his parents, Roy and Sandy Stone; his siblings, Shawn Stone and spouse, Valerie; Shannon Moulton and spouse, Kevin; and Damien Stone and spouse, Mandy; Sister-in-law Heidi Bailey and spouse Chris; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Reginald Davis, Victor and Pearl Romer and his paternal grandparents, Irving and Ruth Stone.

Adrian will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor, strength, unwavering faith, and his willingness to help anyone in need. His legacy lives on through his family, the countless students he taught, the lives he helped save, and the community he served so faithfully.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 26th, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Faith Temple Church, with a funeral service immediately following at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Bucksport Quarterback Club, a cause that was meaningful to Adrian.

The family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, prayers, and kindness during this difficult time.

Adrian’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
