Dona Bourassa Obituary

Dona Bourassa born June 20, 1934, gently passed on June 12, 2026, under hospice care at the Woodlands in Hallowell where she was residing. Dona was well remembered for working for four Maine Supreme Court Justices, also for her many motorycles and riding adventures. In retirement she waved to friends and strangers while on her daily walks on Route 3 in Palermo. When she could no longer walk the distance you would see her in her lawn chair in her garage watching everyone drive by. She is pre-deceased by her father Clifford M. Bourassa; mother Beatrice Bailey Bourassa; brothers Frank and Clifford Bourassa. Survived by her twin-sister Donzella Bourassa Glendenning, brother-in-law Dale Glendenning, and sister WInona Bourassa Neil. Also, eight nieces and nephews: Michael Bourassa, Donna Bourassa Doody, Winona Studley Burnes, Paula Glendenning Libby, David Glendenning, Karen Bourassa Colwill, Debbie Neil Dalzell, Shelia Bourassa Piper. 


A committal service will be held at the New Greeley Cemetary on July 21st at 11:00am. Condolences can be sent to: Dona Bourassa 325 Webber Pond Rd Vassalboro, ME, 04989.
