Glendon Millard Robbins (Peanut) age 93 of Belfast Maine, has left this mortal Earth to be with our Father in Heaven. Go with God Daddy. John 14:1-3 “ Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms…I go to prepare a place for you”.


Glendon was known to most by Peanut. He resided in Belfast, Maine most of his life. He was a talented repairman and would try to fix most anything. He always carried tools with him. He was drafted into the Army and is a WWII-Korea veteran. After returning home he married his sweetheart Alice and they had 4 children. He had always worked in Belfast, Maine with many jobs over the years including: Maplewood, Stinson, George Robinson School, Belfast Jr. Highschool. He loved working on locks and gained his certification as a locksmith. After retirement he worked at the First Baptist Church on High Street. Peanut was well known around town wearing his signature Army camo. He biked and walked everywhere in and around Belfast.


Born Glendon Millard Robbins November 6, 1932, in Clinton, Maine. He was predeceased by his parents Henry Millard Robbins 1891-1949 and Isadora M. Dodge 1893-1972 and by his siblings Elsie May (Young) Robbins, Clarence L. Robbins and Gordon (Hamilton Floyd) Robbins. Survivors; his wife Alice A. (Harriman) Robbins, children Elsie L. (Geary) Robbins and special friend Kenny Skillings of Belfast, ME, Wendy J. Robbins and spouse Charles Smith OK, Glendon M. Robbins Jr. OK and Patricia A. Robbins and spouse Morad Kaviani Tacoma, WA. Grandchildren Gerald, Jeremey, Erick and Raymond. Great-grandchildren Joseph, Grace, Aurora, Zander, Grayson, great-grandchild Irene, as well as many nieces and nephews.
