Monroe - Charles F. Voigt, 85 years, of Monroe, ME, passed away February 2, 2026.  He was born January 18, 1941, in Bronx, New York.

Charles served in the New York State National Guard.  In his working years, he was a Commercial Insurance Manager for Commercial Union Corporation in Boston, MA. He spent his retirement loving the beautiful outdoors. Floating around or swimming in his pool was a day well spent. Charles absolutely loved anything with wheels as he was an avid snow mobiler, motorcyclist, and four-wheeler.  He was an antique car aficionado, an animal lover, an avid reader, and enjoyed classical music.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Dawn Voigt of Monroe and by his brother William Voigt of North Carolina. 

Family and friends may gather on Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 3:00pm for visiting at Riposta Funeral Home followed by a prayer service.  Graveside services are being planned for spring and will be announced.
