Marlene Suzanne Erskine Obituary

Marlene Suzanne Clark Erskine, 85, went home to be with the LORD, December 30, 2025. Born December 19, 1940 she was the youngest child of Warren and Eliza Condon Clark. 


She graduated from Crosby High School in 1959. Marlene worked cleaning houses and at a local shoe factory as well as for Crowe Rope, a few local fish factories, Samoset Resort, and PenBay Hospital.

She met Al Erskine on a blind date, and they married in June of 1961and had two children.  Marlene was a stay-at-home mom until her kids reached their preteens.

She was a devout Christian and a warrior for our LORD.  She never missed an opportunity to share the gospel. 


Predeceased by parents, brothers Brian and Bruce, as well as her husband Al Erskine Sr.



She is survived by her sister Marion Clark Burke, son Al Erskine Jr.(Lori), Ginger Burakowski (Jeff), grandchildren Caleb ( Thiry) Erskine and Erica (Nate) Berube, great-grandchildren, Elijah, Amaris, Ezekiel, and Freya as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.



A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2026 and will be announced at a later date.
