March 28, 1947 - June 16, 2025
David Barrett Stover was born March 28, 1947 to Henry C. and Gloria B. Stover of Belfast; attended Belfast schools and lived in the area for much of his life - making his home in Waldo.
Dave worked at MANY jobs but the best job was called “retirement”.
Dave was convinced that the Bible’s promises for a better future will eventually be realized. Although not a gifted speaker and finding it unbelievably difficult, he tried to share his beliefs with others whenever and wherever possible.
Dave was predeceased by one daughter, Denise M. (Stover) Golding, his parents, and an uncle, William H. Stover. He is survived by his widow, Lilo (Wrona) Stover, and four children born to their union: Nathan D. Stover, Ann-Jeanette K, (Stover) Estabrook, Michael D. Stover, and Ian E. Stover, also a dozen grandchildren.
Memories and condolences may be shared on his tribute wall.
