Obituary of Lucille Ann Harvey

Lucille Ann Harvey passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Lucille was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and so much more. Everyone enjoyed her infectious laughter and sense of humor. To say she will be missed is an understatement.

Lucille is survived by her daughters Sallie Harvey and Nancy Harvey; her son Wade Harvey, daughter-in-law Tonya Harvey; her son-in-law Chandler (Tom) Thompson; her grandchildren, Aaron and Jordyn Harvey, Devin Hayden, Rene and Derek Harvey, Carrie and Jack Harvey; her sisters, Linda Ward and Lena Palmer; her brother, Larry Seekins; her sisters-in -law Mary Lou Seekins, Diane Seekins, and Bonnie Seekins, and many nieces and nephews. 

She is predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Margaret Seekins; her husband Edward Harvey; her sons, Timothy Harvey and David Harvey; her daughters Peggy Sue Harvey and Barbara Harvey; her grandson Jesse Harvey; her sisters, Lorraine (Sissy) Robbins and Lucy Seekins; her brothers Louis Seekins, Lawrence (Bub) Seekins, and Leroy Seekins; her sister-in-law Joyce Seekins; her brothers-in-law Frank Robbins, Chancey Palmer, Dennis Ward.  

Special thank you to Aunt Linda for her loving care and hospitality. We all know family is important. We all want to do what we can for them. Your graciousness and support did not go unnoticed by her or any of us. 

Additional appreciation to Pen Bay’s Dr. Garber and nurse Eric for their amazing care, communication, and demeanor, while supporting us with direct and accurate information.

Last but not least, thank you to the staff at Waldo County General Hospital that made our mother feel at home. They adored her and nicknamed her Lulu. That's how they knew her and her positivity in life. 

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 21st at 11:00 am at Green Lawn Cemetery in Swanville.  Memories and condolences may be shared with her family at ripostafh.com.
