Obituary of Laurie Lynne Moulton

Belfast - Laurie Lynne Moulton, 56, of Belfast, ME, passed away June 4, 2025, with her family by her side.  Laurie was born April 27, 1969 in Belfast, Maine, the daughter of Donald Moulton Sr., and Gloria Brown.

Laurie was a special young women.  She had an accident when she was 15 years old that changed her life forever.  She graduated from Belfast Area High School in 1988.  Laurie loved riding her side by side and playing games on her computer.  She also liked to go for rides just to get out of the house. 

Laurie was predeceased by her father, Donald Moulton Sr., her maternal grandparents, Ralph Brown, Ione Brown Banks, and Willis Banks, her paternal grandparents Walter Moulton Sr., and Helen Moulton,  A special uncle Donald Brown and aunt and uncle Edie and John Robinson.  Survivors include her mother Gloria Brown; her sisters Missy Rolerson and her husband Mike and Kelly Laircey-Buckner; her brother Donald Moulton Jr., her aunts, Judy Haley and her husband Jack, Rhonda Brown, and Brenda Banks Tirone and her husband Mike; her uncles, Gene Merrill and his wife Shelly and  Larry Moulton and his wife Donna; her niece Meghan Rolerson and her children, Kylee, Jamari, Hazen; her nephew Mike Rolerson and his wife Jenna along with their children Couper and Wilder.  She is also survived by many cousins including her very special cousin Shawn Merrill who stood up for her after her accident and beyond.

Laurie will be missed by all who had the privlege of knowing and loving her.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 12th, 11:00 AM at Grove Cemetery in Belfast (the upper end of the cemetery, by Route 1).
