CYNTHIA E. TUPLIN, 70, passed away May 29, 2023 at her residence in Sidney, Maine. She was born December 15, 1952 in Camden, Maine to Malcolm Plummer Libby and Estelle Nettie (Beverage) Libby. She attended Camden-Rockport High School, Class of 1971. Cindy loved spending time with family. She enjoyed working outside and carpentry. She would repair work on her own vehicles.. .
Cynthia is survived by her mother, Estelle Libby, siblings Barry Libby and wife Pam of Union, Alan Libby of Union, Dennis and Tonia of Appleton, Doug and Faith of Waldo; sister-in-law Debbie of Liberty; brother-in-law Gillman of Rockville, CT; many nieces and nephews.
Cynthia was predeceased by her father, Malcolm Libby, brother David Libby and sister Sylvia Soucier.
