Obituary of Carol Marie Rundlett

Carol M. Rundlett
1938 - 2022

Albion - Carol Marie Rundlett (nee Leck), 84, passed away on Sept 9, 2022 at Maine General Hospital in Augusta, Maine.  She was born in Meridan, CT daughter of Edward & Lillian Leck.  She went to Wagner College in Staten Island, NY where she met her husband, David Rundlett, of 63 years.  Carol is survived by her brother in Lakewood, CO and her children Deborah Hicks of Corinna, Maine, Richard Rundlett of Memphis, TN and Jonathan Rundlett of Davidsonville, MD.  She adored her six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Carol was the Director of Academic Resources at CW Post Long Island University for 20 years where she loved helping disabled students achieve their dreams of getting a college degree.  She retired and she and her husband moved to Albion, Maine in 2001.  She will forever be cherished and remembered by her family and friends.

A memorial was held on Sept 12 and she was buried in Libby Hill Cemetery in Albion, Maine.  Arrangements were made by Riposta Funeral Home in Belfast, Maine.
